Meet the Owner, Amanda

I started working professionally with dogs in 2007 in boarding, daycare, and grooming environments. I have been active in training using positive reinforcement techniques with dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments since 2012. Along the way I have also cared for cats, small house pets, livestock and wildlife. I started Kit N Caboodle in 2013, to serve clients on a more individual level, where their personalities can really shine. Animals truly are my passion and I enjoy spending each day with our furry family members.

I currently enjoy my status as crazy dog lady with my 5 girls. Scout, my sweet elderly beagle that started my training journey in 2005. Indie, the dopey yellow Labrador who has taught me even more patience. Lumos, my first Ibizan Hound who is quick witted and smarter than I’ll ever be. Rio, our people-shy, reactive and full of life rescued Lab mix. And finally our newest little ball of trouble, Nox, another Ibizan Hound who keeps things upbeat and playful all the time.
